Hebron University, located in Palestine, was founded in 1971. Today it offers a language centre, undergraduate and postgraduate programme and many student clubs and societies.
There are many programmes in the nine undergraduate faculties; arts, Islamic law, science and technology, agriculture, education, finance and management, nursing, pharmacy and law, and political science.
The college of graduate studies offers programmes in Arabic language and literature, applied linguistics and teaching English language, history, Islamic judiciary, plant protection, natural agriculture resources and its sustainable management, management, foundations of Religion, mathematics, and chemistry.
The campus has many facilities including a library, braille lab, multiple eateries, a spa, legal clinic, HU museum, radio station and health clinic. Students can also join one of the many societies or sports teams including the chess club, choir, arts and crafts, basketball, karate and swimming.
The university is actively involved in community development and humanitarian projects and encourages students to engage with the broader community beyond the campus such as The Jean Monnet Project.
