Based in Qom, the University of Hazrate Masoumeh is named after Fatima Masoumeh, one of the most important early figures of Shi-ite Islam. It was the first university for women created in Iran after the Revolution, and the second overall.
It has faculties of humanities, management and accounting, and theology and law, with plans to expand to basic sciences and engineering.
The humanities faculty, established in 2007, started by specialising in English translation but has since expanded to offer languages, counselling and art. Management and accounting offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses, with options including E-business, small enterprise management, marketing, strategic management, entrepreneurship, and international business management.
Theology and law covers topics such as Quranic science and traditions, law and jurisprudence.
Undergraduates must prove fluency in Persian, but master's students have the option of submitting work in English.

Marketing, Outreach & Positioning Contribute to industry events, workshops, showcases, and demos that strengthen SNAIC’s visibility and lead generation. Work with internal teams to amplify SNAIC’s applied AI capabilities to targeted sectors and communities. 3. Data, Reporting & Pipeline Management Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline of leads, partners, proposals, and project statuses. Generate periodic dashboards and management reports on engagement performance, deal progress, and partnership outcomes. Ensure data accuracy and traceability across all stages of the partnership lifecycle. Job Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation projects, or roles involving both technical and commercial stakeholders. Our research staff will have the opportunity to be equipped with applied research skill sets that are relevant to industry demands while working on research projects in SIT. The researcher will be part of the team of the NAMIC Project for 3DP Ship Hull Design. The Research Engineer will play a critical role in the development, validation, and optimization of 3D-printed Ship Hull and Connector System. This includes conducting finite element modeling, ship resistance and stability assessments, as well as overseeing AM process and reporting. The role also involves designing and validating connectors for the modular system to ensure mechanical integrity, printability and adaptability. Key Responsibilities Participate in and manage the research project with Principal Investigator (PI), Co-PI and the research team members to ensure all project deliverables are met. Undertake these responsibilities in the project: Resistance Analysis: Conduct simulations to analyze wave interactions, buoyancy, and stability of modular floating structures. Optimize designs for dynamic environmental conditions (e.g., waves, tides, currents). Finite Element and Structural Modeling: Develop and implement finite element models to evaluate structural integrity under load conditions. Perform stress, strain, and fatigue analysis for modular components and connectors. Stability Modeling: Analyze stability characteristics of 3DP ship hull under static and dynamic conditions. Collaborate with teams to develop safe and efficient hull design. Design and Development of Connectors: Design robust, durable connectors means for integrated multiple hull modular units Validate connector performance through simulations and physical testing. Description The Perception and Active Cognition laboratory in the Center for Brain & Health, New York University Abu Dhabi, seeks to recruit a Post-Doctoral Associate to work on the mechanisms underlying mental processing speed. The successful applicant will drive a fascinating project that links processing speed measures to previously acquired functional and structural MRI data. The project will also involve simultaneously acquired and co-registered fMRI and EEG measurements. Measures of cognitive “Speed of Processing” are important for studies of healthy aging and many disorders, including multiple sclerosis, autism spectrum disorders, dyslexia, and schizophrenia, as well as diabetes and obesity. This project investigates the neural correlates of Speed of Processing and its subcomponents, translating into a more complete understanding of the mechanisms involved and their role in brain health. This project combines MRI and EEG/MEG studies with behavioral, genetic, and clinical measures to yield a more complete picture of how processing speed is related to health outcomes. The candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment consisting of PhD-level scientists, graduate students and undergraduate students.
