About EDHEC Business School

EDHEC Business School was established in 1906 by entrepreneurs from the North of France. The acronym "EDHEC" stands for "École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord", which translates as "School of Higher Education in Business Administration from the North".

The school specialises in business, entrepreneurship, management and innovation. It offers a bachelor’s degree in business administration, as well as a master’s in management and a master’s of science. There is also a two-year double-degree MSc and Global MBA degree programme available for students looking to secure senior management positions in areas that demand specific business expertise.

The school is located in Paris, although it also has campuses in Lille, Nice, London and Singapore. The school is situated between the Paris Stock Exchange and the Opera House in the business district.

Research is carried out by the school in a range of areas including legal transformations, sustainable finance, value creation and corporate performance, family business and infrastructure investment. The school is home to five research and development centres that facilitate this research. These include the EDHEC Family Business Centre and the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute.

Outside the classroom there are more than 80 clubs and associations on offer for students to get involved in. These range from environmental organisations to sports clubs, and from music societies to business associations.
