Founded in 1957, EADA was set up in 1985 as a private university foundation engaging in training, applied research and transfer of knowledge to the business world and society in an international context. It was one of the first Spanish institutions to run management training programmes for the business community.

Operating over three core departments (financial management and control, marketing operations and supply, strategy, leadership and people), EADA currently offers: an executive MBA, online MBA, international MBA; masters in management, finance, marketing, tourism and hospitality management and sustainable business and education, with bilingual options for many of these. It also offers postgraduate courses and executive education courses in Spanish only.

The FT put EADA as the 28th best European business school in 2017 and is one of only a few business schools in Spain to have a Financial Times ranking and to also be a member of CFA Institute partner program.
