Location: Bedford Park / Kaurna Country View Position Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Director to support the activation of new Flinders HealthCARE Centre (FHCC) – providing state-of-the-art health, education, research and services for South Australia.   The Program Director FHCC provides senior leadership in delivering strategic and operational plans for the FHCC program, ensuring successful implementation of activation initiatives. They will work closely with the FHCC Activation Lead, workstream/enabling leads and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to manage and deliver the program. This includes managing complex, concurrent projects, fostering collaboration across Colleges and central portfolios, and engaging with external partners to achieve transformative outcomes for healthcare education and research. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic and operational planning to activate the Flinders HealthCARE Centre and deliver its vision as a world-class health, education, and research centre. Manage complex, concurrent projects across business and technology domains, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, time, and budget. Drive stakeholder engagement and collaboration across Colleges, central portfolios, and external partners to achieve program objectives. Facilitate effective decision-making by program governance groups (e.g., Project Boards) through relevant advice and recommendations. Mentor and guide project teams to develop capability and deliver excellence. About You You will bring: Postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive experience in program or project leadership. High-level strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills to deliver outcomes aligned with strategic goals. Expertise in managing complex, concurrent projects, including budgets, schedules, risks, and benefits. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across diverse groups.
