Established in 1999, with roots tracing back to the Academy of Catholic Theology, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw is a modern public university located in Warsaw, Poland.
It offers 95 undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate programmes. Courses cover a broad range of fields including medicine, psychology, law, journalism, environmental engineering, Italian studies, economics, as well as theology, canon law and Christian philosophy.
The university offers first- and second-cycle degrees, single-cycle master’s degrees, postgraduate programmes and doctoral studies.
The university operates across three campuses: Bielany (Dewajtis Street), Młociny (Wóycickiego Street) and Dziekanów Leśny (research campus). Key facilities include the Masovian Laboratory Center for Natural Sciences, which provides laboratories for science and medical students; the Medical College Building, opened in 2022 with modern teaching and clinical spaces; a Multidisciplinary Research Center focusing on innovation and digital technologies; a sports hall with a 230-seat auditorium; and a radio and TV studio used for media and journalism training.
Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University supports a wide range of student societies, offers spiritual support and fosters international partnerships.
