Teaching qualification or equivalent pedagogical development is an advantage. Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business and research concepts into accessible and applied learning experiences. Ability to engage students across a range of delivery modes, including lectures, seminars, workshops and project-based or consultancy-style learning environments. Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines and contribute to programme development, curriculum design and strategic initiatives.
