Batterjee Medical College is an institute of medical learning located at North Obhur in Jeddah. It was established in 2005 and is accredited by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission. It offers nine different programmes in medical and health sciences such as medicine, dentistry and pharmacy. The university has libraries and laboratories and fitness centres and spacious dormitories on campus. It has a Scientific Research Unit to encourage students and staff to take part in research projects. The medical college has established a student development unit to bridge the link between community and college students.
