It was founded in 2018 and its main campus is the Kagithane Campus. 
There are faculties of art, design and architecture, engineering, social science, health science, dentistry and medicine.
Between them they offer 24 different degree courses. Of these, eight programmes in the art, design and architecture and health science faculties are taught only in Turkish. Computer engineering, software, psychology, nursing, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, dentistry and medicine are offered in both Turkish and English, while the remaining courses are English-only.
Atlas University has a 400-bed hospital which performs around 30,000 surgeries each year.

About the Role

The Senior Lecturer Teaching Specialist (Clinical Practitioner) will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality teaching in Nursing across all levels and modes of the College, drawing on contemporary, student-centred learning approaches.

The incumbent will coordinate and contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of Nursing topics, stepping into Topic Coordinator and Course Coordinator responsibilities as needed – primarily supporting the Master of Nurse Practitioner course. A key focus of the position is leading curriculum review, renewal and design to ensure our courses remain innovative, industry-aligned and appealing to current and future student cohorts.

The Senior Lecturer will foster creativity and critical thinking through well-designed learning experiences, while providing personalised academic support, professional guidance and career advice to students. The role also involves integrating new technologies and teaching innovations to enhance learning outcomes. As an educational leader, the incumbent will champion best practice and promote the adoption of modern pedagogical principles across the College, contributing to a thriving and forward-thinking learning community.

About You

As an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner, you will have substantial and current clinical practice experience, supported by active registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You will hold a doctorate in a relevant discipline or bring equivalent professional expertise and recognised standing within the Nursing profession.

Your background will include contemporary clinical experience that you can continue to maintain alongside this role. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of pedagogical theory and modern educational practices relevant to Nursing, with a proven record of excellence in tertiary teaching across classroom, simulation and/or clinical environments.

You will also bring extensive experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of innovative learning and teaching strategies, ensuring students are engaged, challenged and well prepared for professional practice. Your clinical credibility, educational expertise and commitment to high-quality learning experiences will enable you to make a significant contribution to the College’s teaching and learning community.

The Director, Pedagogy, Curriculum & Assessment at Millennia Education is a senior role providing strategic leadership in the design, development and implementation of innovative, student centred and evidence-based teaching, learning and assessment pedagogies. The role drives institutional initiatives in curriculum innovation, academic capability development, digital learning transformation and quality assurance. This role requires an influential and future focused educator with extensive experience in working across Faculties and Departments to support and deliver on the organization’s vision for the students' educational experiences and graduate outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Strategic Leadership


	Provide innovative, future focused and influential leadership for the Faculties and

The Director, Learning Technologies at Millennia Education is a senior role providing strategic and operational leadership for the Universities digital learning and assessment ecosystem. The role oversees the optimization of the learning management system (LMS), integration of educational technologies, student systems and other digital tools that support high quality student experiences.

The role ensures that technology-enhanced learning is innovative, inclusive, scalable and aligned with the university's vision and strategy. The Director is required to engage collaboratively with academic leaders, IT services, students and external vendors to deliver modern, seamless digital education experiences for students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


	Strategic Leadership

	
		Lead the development and implementation of the university's Digital Learning Strategy
		Provide high-level expertise on the identification and implementation of innovative technologies to support learning and assessment across the university
		Champion student-centred and accessible practices across all technologies
		Drive the embedding of appropriate AI tools in the curriculum including learning and assessment
		Lead the implementation of a standard LMS framework for use in all courses of study

REQUIREMENTS 

Qualification and Experience 


	Post Graduate degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems or a relevant field
	Extensive experience leading digital learning initiatives in higher education
	Demonstrated experience in implementing large scale Learning Management Systems (preferably Moodle)
	Experience in advising on best practice for online and hybrid learning at university level

The Role

We are seeking to recruit a Postdoctoral Researcher as part of a project entitled “PROMISE: Improving Mental Health Supports for People with Multiple Sclerosis in Ireland”. This project, a partnership between academics, clinicians and knowledge users, with significant integrated public and patient involvement (PPI), aims to identify the characteristics of effective mental health supports for people with multiple sclerosis (PwMS) and the strategies that can be implemented to improve the delivery of mental health services and supports for PwMS in Ireland. The PROMISE project is led by Principal Investigator (PI) Dr Rebecca Maguire in the Department of Psychology and the Assisting Living and Learning Institute, Maynooth University. This project is funded by the Health Research Board with co-funding from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Ireland.

The appointed researcher will be responsible for conducting many of the research and dissemination activities in the project under the supervision of the PI, with input from a wider project management group and a PPI steering committee.

The successful candidate will have a PhD in Psychology, Social Science, Health or a related discipline, with experience in a range of different methodological approaches, including quantitative and qualitative research methods. Experience embedding public and patient involvement (PPI) in research, familiarity with multiple sclerosis or related conditions, and/or experience with mental health research and service provision in Ireland would be an advantage. Excellent organisational, academic writing and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet project milestones.

The researcher will be based in the Assisting Living and Learning Institute and the Department of Psychology at Maynooth University where they will join a supportive community of interdisciplinary researchers.

Salary 

Post-doctoral researcher: €46,305 – €46,905 p.a (with increment after 12 months)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
