Through a focus on religion and/or religious movements, the future professor contributes to the further development of the discipline and of religious studies as a whole at the University of Vienna. In teaching, the professorship represents social and cultural anthropology in a significant theoretical and methodological range. Extensive experience with ethnographic fieldwork and a proven track record in research on topics such as religious practices, religious movements, and relations between religion and power, particularly in the context of  global processes, are expected. Part-time Faculty Member in Music Performance (Ref: SCC260612) The Department of Music (DMUS) at BNBU invites applications from learner-centered scholars/practitioners in the field of music to teach voice (popular) to undergraduate students in the Music Performance programme. Qualifications: A Master’s Degree, PhD or DMA in Music Performance or Music Education, specialising in popular and contemporary voice instruction. Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate teaching. Preference will be given to candidates who have international teaching experience in a higher education setting. Evidence of success in the organisation and coordination of musical performances is a plus. Candidates should have the ability to: Teach Private Instruction courses and supervise students in popular voice Demonstrate good communication skills in English, both oral and written Keep abreast of regional, national, and international developments and initiatives in music and the music industry. The School of Primary Care, Population Sciences and Medical Education, University of Southampton, is seeking a well-qualified and highly motivated consultant in Public Health to join their team based at University Hospital Southampton Foundation Trust half a day each week. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Unit’s postgraduate teaching on the Masters in Public Health. You will contribute to the development of innovative teaching, learning and assessment approaches on the MPH.
