Asia International University is a private university in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, established in 2022.
Located in Bukhara, one of Central Asia’s most historically significant cities.
The campus is developing modern academic infrastructure, including laboratories, computer facilities, smart classrooms and a new multi storey medical education building, alongside expanding clinical and training environments for applied learning.
There are approximately 6,000 students across undergraduate, postgraduate, residency and doctoral programmes, with a strong emphasis on medical and health sciences education.
Teaching is delivered through a mix of classroom based learning and practical training, supported by partnerships with affiliated hospitals and healthcare institutions where students undertake supervised clinical placements.
Asia International University also operates through a range of study formats, including full time, part time, evening and distance learning, allowing broader access to higher education.
Its International Relations Department supports academic collaboration and exchange with institutions across Europe, the United States and other regions, with students and staff participating in joint research, conferences and mobility programmes.
High achieving students may be awarded the Rector’s Scholarship in recognition of academic performance.
