You will play a key role in ensuring policy documents are clear, accessible, compliant and aligned to strategic priorities, supporting effective decision-making across the institution. What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Each day at InsideOut brings a mix of coding, collaboration, and problem-solving. You might: Work closely with clinicians and researchers to refine features or develop new tools that support mental health treatment and research. Spend time coding and debugging, ensuring the applications are efficient, scalable, and secure. Participate in the digital team development culture through testing, execution, and troubleshooting of software deployment. Our Tech Stack Every project is different, but we usually reach for modern full-stack TypeScript tooling, a PostgreSQL database, and a GraphQL API layer. Our front end is built in React with a component library and headless CMS. You don't need to have worked with our exact tools - if you're comfortable in similar environments, you'll find your feet quickly. Our Team The digital team is a small team within the Institute of 3 developers, an ICT support officer, a clinical advisor, and a team lead. Every developer works on their own projects, where they get the freedom and responsibility to make their own choices about features and implementation, with the common goal of quality, safety and reliability.
