Apayao State College (ASC) is a public higher education institution in the Philippines. Its history dates back to 1967, when it was established as Conner Vocational High School to provide technical and vocational education in the then Kalinga-Apayao province. The institution evolved through several transformations, becoming the Apayao Institute of Science and Technology in 1994 before being granted state college status in 1998.
The college is primarily located in the municipality of Conner, Apayao, with an additional campus in Luna.
Apayao State College offers a range of both undergraduate and graduate programmes across subject areas including education, engineering, information technology, agriculture, forestry, business administration, and criminology. A Graduate School further supports advanced study in areas such as education, public administration, and agricultural sciences.
Research is carried out in a range of areas including food security, sufficiency and safety, forestry, biodiversity, and climate change, and disaster risk reduction management. The college also promotes indigenous knowledge systems and rural innovation as part of its engagement with local communities.
