American University Kyiv

The American University Kyiv is a private higher education institution in Ukraine, located in the capital city of Kyiv. It was established in 2022 in partnership with Arizona State University.

The university operates from a central campus in Kyiv.

Academically, the university offers a range of both bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes in fields including business administration, management, information technology, and global studies. These are delivered in English and are designed in collaboration with international partners, incorporating modern curricula, digital learning platforms, and teaching methods based on US higher education models.

AUK’s Global Partnership Programme was designed to facilitate collaboration with industry leaders, organisations, and international partners to support education and innovation. Through initiatives such as scholarship funds and co-designed academic programmes, partners contribute to curriculum development and student support. The programme also provides opportunities for mentoring, internships, and practical learning, while supporting groups such as high-achieving students and war veterans. 

In 2024, the AUK Global Internship Programme was established, enabling students to participate in paid internships at American companies, both online and in the US.
