Al-Ryada University for Science and Technology – known as RST – is the first private university in Sadat City, on the outer edges of the Nile delta in Egypt. 
The university opened in 2023, with three faculties: dentistry, physical therapy and computers and artificial intelligence. It has since added another three: nursing, engineering and business administration. The intention is that there will eventually be nine faculties in total.
The facilities in RST’s 35-acre campus are brand new. The campus gym is fully-equipped. 
Accommodation in student dormitories is subsidised by the university.

The UniVie Doctoral School Computer Science (DoCS) builds an essential framework to foster excellence in research and teaching. The Research Group Multimedia Information Systems at the Faculty of Computer Science is looking for highly motivated research assistants, Ph.D. candidates. Duration of employment

The Strategic Management Subject Area within the Department commenced its operations in 2012. In steady state, our team consists of approximately 10 people from four different nationalities. Jointly, we investigate questions pertaining to strategic decision-making in organizations and related performance implications. We are particularly interested in behavioral aspects pertaining to organizational design decisions relevant to firms operating in (technologically) innovative environments. We are agnostic to methods and pursue formally analytical, simulation-based, ethnographic, large-scale empirical as well as experimental techniques, with a focus on the latter two.

Our publications have appeared in the finest management outlets, such as the Academy of Management Review, Management Science, Organization Science, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Production and Operations Management, Research Policy, and the Strategic Management Journal, to mention but a few. Our research was funded by several agencies, and we regularly host conferences and seminars featuring colleagues from all over the globe.
