About the Role The Lecturer, Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor in Educational Leadership is a key academic appointment within the School of Education, part of the Faculty of Arts, Society and Business. You will contribute to high quality teaching, research and program development in Educational Leadership, helping prepare future school and system leaders. You will deliver engaging learning experiences, contribute to curriculum innovation, supervise postgraduate and HDR students, and undertake impactful research. At Levels C and D, you will also provide academic leadership and support the strategic growth of Educational Leadership programs across campuses. The purpose of this role is to enhance student learning and qualification outcomes by ensuring consistency and quality in the delivery of first-year mathematics courses. You will provide broad oversight of curriculum, course advice, assessment processes, and course materials, while contributing to teaching and course coordination.
