Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and established academic to join the Cyber Security group as an Associate Professor. This full-time role will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, as well as the supervision of honours, graduate and postgraduate students. As a senior academic leader, you will be expected to maintain professional associations, establish and promote collaborations with industry, and contribute to outreach events. Salary will be in the range of $146,629 to $161,729 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. Description The Division of Science at New York University Abu Dhabi is inviting applications for Postdoctoral Associate positions in the broad research areas of mathematical analysis and partial differential equations (PDEs). While all applicants with a background in the analysis of PDEs will be considered, candidates with prior experience in theoretical physics, fluid mechanics, kinetic theory, dispersive equations or harmonic analysis will be given special attention. The Postdoctoral Associates will be appointed for a duration of two years and will work under the supervision of Associate Professor Diogo Arsénio on subjects including: Magnetohydrodynamics and the mathematical theory of plasmas. The successful candidate will have research interests in any area of Organic Chemistry, and these include, but are not limited to, the development of novel methods in synthetic chemistry, sustainability, supramolecular chemistry, natural products chemistry, green chemistry, catalysis, and industrial chemistry.
