Courses 360
Comprehensive databases of university courses - tuition fees, entry requirements, course URLs, scholarships and more.
Data is provided within Microsoft Excel databases which enable easy comparison of information across competitors. You can search for courses by institution, geographical region, mission group, award type or subject area (CAH3 subject codes). You can also compare scholarships and bursaries targeting different countries and widening participation groups and view award values and criteria.
The 2024/25 databases provide details of over 45,000 taught courses on offer at UK higher education institutions for the academic year 2024/25, including all delivery models and start dates. The scholarships and bursaries database provides information on over 5,500 internal awards offered by UK public institutions.
Updates to all three databases are currently taking place, with the client update at the end of January expected to contain 2025/26 tuition fee and entry requirement data for over 25,000 courses, alongside updated information for circa 2,000 scholarships/bursaries. The complete databases will be available from the end of April 2025, with all public UK HEIs included in the UG and PGT courses databases by the end of March.

Use the Courses 360 databases to help answer questions such as:
- What level of fee should we set for new courses compared to our competitors?
- Are our international undergraduate and UK and international postgraduate tuition fees positioned correctly compared to the competition?
- Are our entry requirements too high or too low compared to our competitors?
- Do we understand the pricing and entry requirement trends over the last few years and are we regularly taking these into account?
- What price do students actually pay once scholarships and bursaries are taken into account?
