About You You will have a solid background in IT project management and be able to demonstrate competencies in business analysis and process improvement. The successful candidate will help Cranfield drive transformation in our IT and the business processes that support our research, student experience, education delivery and administration. You will have project management experience in a structured environment and have a good appreciation of Agile and Lean best practice. You’ll also have some expertise in business analysis and techniques, such as ‘as is’ and ‘to be’, and swimlanes. Specific project experience of CRM, intranet, research systems and student information systems (e.g. SITS) would be welcome. You will be tenacious, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a flexible, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
