University of Teesside - Health and sport centre planned

Work is to begin soon on a new £13 million sport and health sciences building for the University of Teesside after council planners gave the scheme their unanimous backing. The four-storey building, which will house a series of laboratories as well as facilities for dental training, sports therapy and biomechanics and hydrotherapy, is scheduled to start in March and will take 16 months to complete.
