An exhibition of work by the cartoonist Ronald Searle, creator of the fictional St Trinian's girls' school, will kick off a series of celebrations of Anglia Ruskin University's 150th anniversary. Mr Searle was a student of the Cambridge School of Art, which is now at the heart of Anglia Ruskin. Michael Thorne, the vice-chancellor, said the event would set the standard for the lectures, events and fun days that will take place this year.
