Removing veterinary drugs from food matrices

Brussels, 17 Jan 2005

Two conferences on systems for the isolation and clean up of veterinary drugs and other contaminants in food matrices using physical-chemical processes will take place in Spain in January and February.

The first event will take place at Santiago de Compostela on January, and the second on 3 February at Burgos.

The new methods to be discussed at the events offer significantly reduced treatment times, as well as a reduction in the labware required.
