Brussels, 21 Sep 2004

The European Commission has already received over 500 responses to its open consultation on future research policy. With under a month left until the consultation process closes, the Commission would like to remind those who have not yet responded but intend to do so that time is running out.

The responses received by the Commission before the 15 October deadline will be influential during the preparation phase of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).

Of those responses received so far, over 50 per cent have come from the UK, Germany, Belgium, Spain and France. To access the questionnaire, please visit: http://europa.eu.int/yourvoice/forms/dis patch.jsp?form=330&lang=EN
