Delegations will find attached, as announced in "Agriculture/Fisheries" Council on 19 July 2004, a Questionnaire from the Presidency concerning the Co-operation between Research Funders in Europe.

You are kindly requested to forward the questionnaire - along with the Note from the Presidency ( 11209/04 AGRI 181 RECH 146 ENV 394 PÊCHE 249) - to the relevant authority in your country and to return the answers before September 15th.

It would be appreciated when you could inform the Presidency at short notice of the details of the contact person in your country who will be answering the questionnaire.
