Delegations will find attached revised draft Council conclusions, following the meeting of Coreper on February 2004. These will be considered by the Committee at its meeting on 3rd March with a view to their finalisation and submission to the Council for approval on 11 March 2004. The Presidency wishes to underline that, at the Council session, Ministers may also exchange views on other issues arising out of the Commission's Communication on Basic Research.
