MED-REUNET seminar on wastewater reclamation

Brussels, 12 Feb 2003

The Mediterranean network on wastewater reclamation and reuse (MED-REUNET), a cooperative programme funded by the European Commission, will hold a seminar in Izmir, Turkey, from 29 to 30 May.

The event will be used to present initial results from the work of the network.

Among the topics for discussion at the event are:
- technology and innovation;
- risk assessment and management;
- rules and regulations/guidelines;
- socio-economic issues;
- integrated water resources management.
