The UK Education and Research Networking Association has selected two new suppliers to connect universities to the internet after the previous contractor went into administration.
Level 3 Communications and Sprintlink will connect the education and research network Janet to the net, taking over from KPNQwest. Ukerna said it chose two suppliers to ensure technical and operational stability to users.
