Universities UK has welcomed the Department of Health consultation document on the funding of National Health Service education and training. Sir Martin Harris, UUK health committee chairman, said: "This consultation provides an opportunity to bring stability to funding arrangements for nursing and allied health professions' contracts."
The Consultation on the Review of NHS Education and Training Funding and the Contract Benchmarking and Attrition Review for NHS-Funded Education and Training will be available on the DoH website: www.doh.gov.uk
