A party of 60 Dutchmen and women are touring 11 UK universities in England and Scotland this month to pick up tips on how they are using learning technology.
The group comprises delegates from Surf, the Netherlands equivalent of the Joint Information Systems Committee, and the Association of Learning Technology.
