Black Country centre opens

The University of Wolverhampton has opened a Pounds 4.5 million learning centre in the city to help give up to 10,000 students access to the internet, email and CD-Roms, along with the usual books, journals and videos. Last year the university opened a centre in Telford. The two together house more than 350 PCs.
