Ideally, you bring experience leading a team of practitioners who support individuals affected by harmful behaviours, including sexual misconduct, gender-based violence, and who present with complex and sensitive needs. In this role, you’ll draw on your expertise to guide staff working with a diverse student population. This includes students navigating issues such as cultural adjustment, isolation, academic pressure, financial stress, housing insecurity, visa-related concerns, and the unique challenges often experienced by students.
