York wins Green Gown

York University's £11 million National Science Learning Centre this week won a Green Gown award for its environmentally sensitive construction. The awards were established to raise awareness of the need for better environmental performance by UK universities and colleges and to recognise positive responses to them. All winners and runners-up will be featured in a special supplement published in next week's Times Higher .
