A report by a commission of European experts this week condemned the Institute of Indo-European Studies at the University of Lyons-III following an investigation ordered by the education ministry after student complaints that it was racist. The institute is headed by Jean Haudry, who is on the scientific committee of the extreme right Front National, and one of its members is Bruno Gollnisch, the FN's general secretary.
