An international workshop on the optimisation of dose and performance in interventional and digital imaging will take place in Leuven, Belgium, from 25 to March.
The event is being organised by the DIMOND III research project, funded under the EU's radiation protection programme, and will include sessions on digital radiology physics, dosimetry methods and reference levels and standards, as well as training sessions for cardiologists, radiologists and vascular surgeons.
High level speakers from across Europe, as well as the US, will be present.
