Nice to see that the science comedy show Modern Problems in Science was among the features offered at Fringe Sunday last week in Edinburgh. But we are a bit nonplussed about both the originality and the appeal of the show in which "improvisational wizards will invite the audience to submit any scientific theory which they will then prove in a matter of minutes" given that this is how the country has been run since 1979.
