The arrival of Zandra Rhodes as chancellor of the University for the Creative Arts lived up to expectations of a spectacularly colourful occasion. The fashion designer was inaugurated at Banqueting House in London last week.
Ms Rhodes said it was an "enormous honour" to become the first chancellor of the institution, where she began her own studies in the 1960s. "I will make it my utmost priority to ensure that future generations of students continue to have the same positive and inspiring experiences as I did," Ms Rhodes added.
