Westminter staff miss out on up to Pounds 3,000

Average academic salaries at Westminster University are up to Pounds 3,000 lower than at other new universities in London, according to a union analysis.

Lecturers' union Natfhe found that the average academic salary at Westminster is Pounds ,237. This compares with Pounds 30,430 at Greenwich, Pounds 29,634 at the University of North London and Pounds 28,358 at South Bank. The analysis was based on figures from the Higher Education Statistics Agency.
