Westminster's new v-c

Westminster University has confirmed that it has appointed Geoffrey Petts its new vice-chancellor. Professor Petts, 53, is pro vice-chancellor at Birmingham University and a leading environmental research scientist. He will replace Geoffrey Copland, who retires in August.
