Wendy Alexander, who resigned as Scotland's enterprise and lifelong learning minister in May, has resumed links with higher education as a visiting professor at Strathclyde Business School.
Ms Alexander, who will lecture to honours and postgraduate economics students, said she welcomed the chance to contribute directly to one of Scotland's universities.
