Welsh grants rise

Welsh Assembly Government Education Minister Jane Hutt has announced that higher-education students in Wales are to see levels of support for fees, loans and grants rise by 2.5 per cent in line with inflation next academic year. The move is to help compensate for inflation-linked increases in tuition fees.
