The Welsh Office has made Pounds 1,1,162 available to the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales for Access funds in 1995/96, an increase of 2.4 per cent on the previous year. Access allocations announced this week range from Pounds 12,631 for the Welsh College of Music and Drama to Pounds 281,864 for the University of Wales College of Cardiff.
