Warwick set to train football managers

* Warwick University's business school has been set the goal of training football stars to become football managers of the future.

It won the training contract for an undisclosed sum from the FA Premier League, the Footballers' Further Education and Vocational Training Society, the Football League, the Football Association, and the League Managers Association.

Star players Stuart Gray from Aston Villa, Brian McClair from Manchester United and Mark Hughes from Blackburn Rovers are among 17 who have signed up.
