V-cs' stats agency links up with private players

In an unprecedented partnership with the commercial sector, the Committee of Vice Chancellors and Principals' statistics agency HESA has signed a collaborative publishing contract with Hobsons Publishing plc and ECCTIS 2000 Limited. "A major consideration has been to ensure that HESA's data should reach the people who can take full advantage of it," said HESA's Brian Ramsden.
