Tory leadership candidate and committed Eurosceptic Iain Duncan Smith may be interested to know that he shares an acronym with the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex. The institute, an internationally renowned centre for research and teaching on development, is a charitable company that depends heavily on funding from the European Union.
