Funding of £200,000 has been granted to the University of Winchester for a three-year research project that aims to improve assessment in higher education. The project - Transforming the Experience of Students through Assessment - will be run in collaboration with the universities of Bath Spa, Chichester and Worcester and will focus on the centrality of assessment for learning and its influence on student behaviour.
