University of Sunderland - A higher take on the bottom line

Graduate employees of BT are enrolling for a new degree offered by the University of Sunderland to improve their sales skills. The MSc in applied sales management, which focuses on work-based learning, will be delivered by Sunderland's Business School together with the telecoms firm. Viv Kinnard, dean of the school, said there had been a high level of interest among BT staff, adding that the degree could soon be offered to other companies.
