University of Salford - Admiring looks for style winners

Key figures from the fashion industry were present as a group of University of Salford fashion students won an award for their work. The Salford undergraduates fought off competition from other higher education institutions to claim the best portfolio award at the British Fashion Council Graduate Preview Day Awards. In attendance were buyers and journalists from some of the biggest names in fashion, including Vogue Italia, Elle and Marie Claire magazines, and the retailers Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Warehouse.
