The first cohort of Chinese graduates completed their studies at the University of Nottingham's Ningbo campus this week. Sir Colin Campbell, Nottingham's vice-chancellor, said: "This is an historic moment for higher education in Great Britain and China. For the first time, Chinese undergraduate students have completed British university degrees within the People's Republic, to the same standard as their fellow graduates studying in Nottingham."
