A fully functioning microbrewery is to be built on a university campus. The £2 million facility at the University of Nottingham will be used for teaching and research in brewing science. The university plans to investigate ways to reduce the amount of energy required for production. The 1,000-litre plant will be located in the School of Biosciences.
