Plans to overhaul the structure of a university have been finalised. The University of Gloucestershire has decided to restructure as three faculties instead of five. The faculties - professional studies, arts and creative technologies, and sport and applied science - will be established by 1 August this year. The university will also move from five to three campus sites. Paul Drake, executive director of external relations, said the intention was to "generate new ideas for new markets and help support growth in income".
